Read-only, on purpose
Most cost tools ask for write access so they can “remediate” for you. We think that trade is backwards: no one should hand production keys to a vendor to save money. Costframe proves you can get world-class cost control through a strict read-only model — evidence in your hands, changes on your terms.

Finance reads invoices; engineering reads retail price tables, and the two numbers rarely match. Costframe models your negotiated discounts so every saving is expressed in what you’re actually billed. When we say a number, it’s the number on your invoice.
