Plans and billing
What is the difference between €199 and €599?
Starter gives you supported cost and ownership visibility, full findings and CSV exports, with audits you run manually. Growth adds scheduled audits, AI Advisor and configured VDI workflows. It supports ongoing team follow-through; your team still owns decisions and cloud changes.
What does Free include?
One active connection, manual audits and the three highest-value findings. Your workspace shows the evaluation expiry. Duration is confirmed during onboarding; paid exports, scheduling and advisory capabilities require the applicable plan.
What counts as a cloud connection?
One included Azure subscription, AWS account or Google Cloud project. The current technical limits are two on Starter and five on Growth. Growth capacity packs add five active cloud connections for €99/month excluding VAT. Workspaces, Entra tenants and identity connections are separate.
How are tax, renewals and cancellation handled?
Prices are monthly EUR amounts, excluding VAT. The order or checkout summary shows tax and the accepted recurring amount. Existing subscriptions retain their agreed terms. Your agreement defines cancellation and retention; export needed records while your access and entitlement are active. No annual discount or automatic spend overage is offered here.
Identity and access
Does SSO require Enterprise?
No. Growth can add one standard supported enterprise SSO connection for €99/month, excluding VAT: €698 total. Multiple connections or custom identity requirements need separate agreement. Activation follows accepted provider, domain and authentication-policy tests.
What does Directory Sync add?
SSO authenticates through your identity provider and can create an eligible account at sign-in (JIT). Without Directory Sync, administrators manage membership and access; sessions follow the configured expiry and revocation policy. Directory Sync adds supported employee lifecycle and group mappings for another €99/month and requires SSO: €797 total. Test removal and existing-session denial during setup.
Are passkeys another paid connection?
No. Passkeys are not another paid connection. Your identity provider controls accepted methods and authentication strength for an SSO-managed workspace. They must follow the required organizational SSO policy.
Data and results
Which clouds and export formats are available?
Azure is generally available. AWS is a private pilot and Google Cloud a private preview. Coverage depends on the connected sources and read permissions. Paid plans include supported CSV exports. General audit PDF is unavailable during the controlled launch; dedicated AVD reports have separate formats and grants.
Do you guarantee savings or take a percentage?
No. Starter and Growth have flat monthly prices. Potential savings are estimates. Implemented work, measured cost differences and verified financial results remain separate. Your team controls cloud changes.
What needs a separate agreement?
Data volume, history, AI usage and custom service commitments are confirmed in the accepted scope. Control mappings are not SOC 2 or ISO 27001 certification. Any contractual support, uptime, custom identity or deployment terms are agreed during procurement.
