Prepare the billing export and included projects.

Confirm that the billing-export dataset contains the dates you need and that the configured identity can read it. Project inclusion and billing-account access are different checks.

  • A core set of checks: stopped VMs with persistent disks, unattached disks, unused static IPs and similar leftovers
  • Commitment coverage checks

These are supported review areas, not a promise that every resource has complete evidence. Permission-limited, unavailable, stale and partial scope remain explicit.
