Retention and export
Workspace exports and retention jobs are governed operations with explicit availability and failure states. An export request is not the same as an available artifact.
Deletion boundary
Workspace deletion uses a grace period and cancels provider or delivery work before hard deletion. Content-free audit evidence may be retained for support or compliance.
External review remains external
Customer-specific legal holds, statutory retention, backup restoration, and formal privacy approval require evidence and authorization outside the repository.
