Notification truth
In-app notifications represent workspace events that may need follow-up. Read or archived state does not resolve the underlying audit, provider, action, billing, or integration condition.
Delivery truth
External delivery has its own queued, attempted, acknowledged, retry, and dead-letter states. An in-app notification does not prove Slack, Microsoft Teams, email, or webhook receipt.
